SAFT (Simple Agreement For Future Tokens)

Unlock Period
The specific time or series of intervals during which previously locked or vested tokens are released and become available for trading, transfer, or sale
Vesting Schedule

Lockup Period
The duration during which tokens allocated to stakeholders are restricted from being sold, transferred, or traded
Cliff Period
